If you live in the Phoenix area or will be visiting this coming weekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, February 5-7, 2016, I hope you'll consider attending the Glendale Chocolate Affaire. It's an annual event held just before Valentine's Day to celebrate love and romance. Many of my fellow romance authors and I will be signing our books there. You'll find us in the romance authors tent near 58th and Glendale Avenues, just east of the Velma Teague Library. The event is held in Murphy Park in the heart of historic downtown Glendale. There's always lots of food (including my favorite... chocolate :-)), craft booths, shopping, live music, activities for the kids and much, much more. Parking and admission to the event are free. The Chocolate Affaire is lots of fun for the whole family, so come on down and check it out.

Last year was my first time appearing there as a published romance author. It was admittedly cold and rainy, but I still had a good time. If you come, be sure to stop by the romance authors' booth and say hi to me and all of my fellow authors. Several of our members will also be offering free writing workshops hourly throughout the day both Saturday and Sunday.

I personally will be there signing my books on Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm and on Sunday from 12 pm – 5 pm. I and all the other authors there would love to meet you. Who knows, maybe you'll find a new book or author to try out.

For more information, including a complete schedule of activities and directions, check out the Glendale Chocolate Affaire website.
